poor after service! When you cant deliver the quality that the customer has paid for, you should take responsibility and ownership of this problem! I bought my last seiko watch!

Ik heb hier onlangs mijn uurwerk gekocht. Er was een probleem opgetreden bij de levering met PostNL. Alles werd echter goed geregeld door de enorm vriendelijke klantenservice! Aangename ervaring en zeker een aanrader!

We bought two very expensive Seiko Astron watches in September . Neither watch has ever worked properly . 3 visits to the store have failed to fix the problems . The watches have now been sent away for another 3 weeks !. Having enjoyed owning several Seiko watches over the years , it appears their quality has deteriorated . No point in blaming Ramon Elshout the hapless store manager ., he himself had to have a lengthy call to attempt to fix the watches the second time around .We have referred the matter to consumer association .
