Expresso a gratidão de nossa família às 2 equipes que atenderam minha esposa nas tardes dos dias 11 e 12 de outubro de 2022.Nos 2 dias consecutivo ela foi prontamente e rapidamente atendida, diagnosticada e medicada pelos seguintes médicos e suas respectivas equipes: J. Swart (dia 11) e P.M. Nijhof (dia 12). Agradecemos imensamente a essas 2 equipes representadas pelos médicos nominados. Graças ao profissionalismo, empatia com os pacientes, sinergia do trabalho em equipe, humanismo e carinho demonstrados por todos os integrantes da KLM Health Services Schiphol Airport minha esposa recuperou a saúde e pudemos regressar ao Brasil no dia 14 de outubro.A todos os profissionais que a atenderam de forma direta ou no suporte do atendimento nossa eterna GRATIDÃO!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Had a nice chat with the lady, that also helped me back in 2013 (she recognized her handwriting in my medical book).Actually prefer this clinic over GGD as here it’s more personal and more focused on traveling and they know you are excited for your trip.

Ruud staaf, weinig hygiëne on --begrijpelijke op 14 Nov covid test positieve bij travel clinic . Op 21dec bij G G D covid test negatieve en weer op 23 dec travel clinic covid test positieve.het is tegevolige lab of ik vind het alleen maar geldmakkerij. Pas op...wil je op tijd vliegen zoek maar dan andere Lab.

Op een hele prettige en professionele manier geholpen door Linda. Heb nu de juiste vaccinaties om op reis te gaan. Een aanrader voor iedereen die vaccinaties nodig heeft!

We went to receive a particular vaccine with the whole family. Our youngest family member (1.5 y/o) received two shots of the same vaccine (instead of 1!) due to negligence of the staff. It took ages for the entire family to get vaccinated, even though the clinic was not too busy. KLM keeps on giving back. Beware and think twice before going there!

Despicable staff, that frankly should be fired. My friend had severe food poisoning which led to her fainting on her flight. Luckily there was a paramedic on the plane who helped her and she was advised to be put on an IV when she landed. Upon arrival at Schiphol she was very unwell and was directed to the emergency clinic. Not only would the nursing staff not help her be put on an IV, but they wouldn’t even give her more than a single vomit bag. Despite the severity of her symptoms they told her to go home and provided no assistance to her, other than continuously pressuring her to leave. As the son of two doctors, these people should be ashamed to work in the medical profession.

Fantastisch en zeer deskundig geholpen door 2 artsen en verpleegkundige. Ik kwam voor onderzoek voor mijn oren (crew). Uitvoerig gechecked, deskundig en ook nog heel aardig. Erg netjes en hygiënisch. Fijn dat ik bij jullie terecht kon! Ook de receptioniste was erg vriendelijk.

Ik heb zelf een medische achtergrond. Ik kan zeggen ik ben positief over de Travel Clinic. Men is daar vriendelijk , deskundig , neemt de tijd voor je. Men heeft mij veel bruikbare tips gegeven over mijn rondreis door Kenia. Ik kon zien en horen dat de sfeer goed was tussen de mensen die daar werken. Ik kan deze groep aanbevelen.

Glad we ignored the previous comments. All staff from check in to medical were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The price for an American was even reasonable. No waiting and they even had an espresso machine available. How do you beat that
