has the best artichokes in town. Expensive but you pay for the knowledge the guy has (also in terms of classical music that is always being played in the back).sometimes i go there when i need some food inspiration, he quickly gets your taste by the stuff that you buy and comes up with hints and ideas. amazing place

Great local produce and fruit market. Very small but packed with salads, sauces and everything you need or want! Lots of help here too. They even have cold drinks. I’ve heard that “famous” people shop here too! Right on the Kinkerstraat near Bilderdijkstraat.They had white asparagus the other day too! Wow.

Hebben prachtige aparte dingen. Veel koks gaan hier heen! Gisteren prachtige pitahayas gehaald! Wel vergeten waar de rode en gele nu vandaan kwamen, maar ze waar mooi rijp en goed van smaak!

This place brings back memories. What a fantastic place, a bright beacon on the sometimes grey Amsterdam days. Only place to buy your veg and an excellent range of other stock. The classical music and charming service complete a package that’s simply outstanding in every sense.
