Started off very cooperative, but I reconsidered working together because of the pricing and Duke charged me €25 for email traffic and sending me back my 3 page document. A bit too much.

On August 28, 2018 around 15:00, I called them to ask assistance for translation of a basic document. The guy on the phone took his time to consider, then arrogantly told me that they are too busy at the moment. Don't let the professional look of their website trick you - the attitude is incredibly poor.
