This is the worst Agent I’ve ever had in my life. I’m a foreigner and worked & studied at the Netherland for 6 years. The service I’ve got provided by Rots-Vast is the worst experience I’ve ever had. As a proper agent, Rots-Vast shall protect my rights. However in the end when I’m ending the contract, they together with the landlord charge for addition fees, and they even sort of “insult” me in my face while at the final inspection. I had a lot of Dutch friends; they are always very nice people. But honestly, dealing with such Dutch Company and Landlord, is very unpleasant. - For my final inspection, the landlord did not think the house was clean enough, well I’ve faced a lot of situations like this, they just want to charge addition for the cleaning, I said yes, alright, but I need to see the receipt. You know what Rots-Vast had provided me with? They self-made a fake print-out receipt with Rots Vaste Logo on it, When you’ve started your business in cleaning? Are you really paying the taxes? Do you dare to show this to the tax authorities? - From the final inspection as well, their workers said that the residual money I’ll receive from the deposit will be deposit deducted by the cleaning fee. In the end, in addition to the cleaning fees, they charged me addition, which was not mentioned from the final inspection. - I would rather not mention, after they’ve received your agency fees, they are always delaying answer the e-mails and not pick up your calls. You can take a look at the Fake Cleaning receipt Rots-Vast had provided me with. I’m even wondering does the cleaning guy even come and clean the place? I strongly recommend you not to sign off contract with Rots-Vast, as once you’ve paid for the Agency Fee, they turn from a smiley face to someone who doesn’t know you at all. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Vertaal via Google Dit is het ergste Agent die ik ooit in mijn leven gehad. Ik ben een vreemdeling en werkte en studeerde aan de Netherland voor 6 jaar. De service die ik kreeg aangeboden door Rots-Vast is de ergste ervaring die ik ooit heb gehad. Als een goede vertegenwoordiger zendt Rots-Vast mijn rechten te beschermen. Maar in het einde toen ik het beëindigen van het contract, dat ze samen met de verhuurder verantwoordelijk voor toevoeging kosten, en ze zelfs een soort van belediging" me in mijn gezicht

Let op beste mensen. Rotsvast laat je tegen de wet in administratiekosten af €140 betalen (ze werken voor de verhuurder) en ik ben nu al vanaf febr 2017 bezig om mijn borg van € 750 terug te krijgen maar krijg steeds weer een ander smoesje. Blijkbaar is dit het verdienmodel van dit louche bedrijf. Ga niet met dit bedrijf in zee!

Goede communicatie en service.Makkelijk een bezichtiging kunnen plannen en nadat je je contract hebt getekend en sleutels hebt ontvangen blijft er goede communicatie tussen u en de verhuurder via Rotsvast
