Jose made a beautiful tote bag- I had him customize one he already had in the store. Jose is so very talented and personable- he will work with you to make a bag to your liking. He even put my initials inside the bag. It was ready the following day & well worth it.

I walked past Jose's shop by chance before a visit to the Museum of the Canals. The shop was not yet opened but he kindly let me in to take a look at the products on display and his workshop downstairs. I immediately fell in love with one of the bag packs on display. Once I realized I can choose any color or fabric he has, and he said he can start making it the same day and deliver to my hotel that evening, I was so thrilled. I love his design and his recommendation on the choice of color for the straps after I picked my fabric and color choices. The final product was such a classic looking but unique bag. And he also came to the hotel to put the initials inside for me. What a marvellous service and such a great price for a custom made bag. I would love to come back and make more in my next trip to Amsterdam. My friends and sister who saw it said they all want one.

José is quite the talented artisan. I saw a unique bag from the street that’s waterproof made from bison and waxed canvas with a unique twist and fell in love.A must visit. You won’t find things like this elsewhere.

Jose Mollura is a true craftsman. His bags are unique, functional and made by him in the shop. I purchased a gorgeous black and red leather purse (xxx for Amsterdam) and he not only created a crossbody strap for me (so it could be worn two ways) but delivered it to my hotel that evening. I’m so glad I stopped by his shop, I have beautiful purse to remind me of my trip.

It’s lined with deerskin from France and the leather is from Italy. An immediate classic heirloom. He will make something to your specifications, but the showroom is filled with treasures to buy immediately.

Jose is a master craftsman. I asked him to make a bag for me with very specific leather and colors. He got it done in under 3 days so I could take it back to my girlfriend in LA. He’s a funny guy that is truly a pleasure to work with!

Jose is one of the most amazing people that we met on our recent trip to Amsterdam. He truly is a renaissance man. Apparently known far and wide for coffee, he also makes extraordinary bags with details that cannot be surpassed. Hardware is hand selected and gorgeous. Designs are practical and fun. We purchased two backpacks for our teenagers. They are beautifully crafted of leather, wool, and waterproof canvas. I cannot say enough about the pleasure of the experience in this shop. It is totally worth the stop.

This is my second handbag that Jose has made for me. I was in Amsterdam 4 years ago when I discovered Jose’s shop. Upon my return, it was one of my first stops and he made this bag for me in 3 days. He is the nicest man, extremely creative and talented and very accommodating. A must if you are in Amsterdam and want something very special, personally made for you!
