Sehr beeindruckendes Gebäude. Leider kann man es sich nicht von innen angucken, was super interessant wäre.

Учреден е през 1945 година и започва работа през 1946 година, с основната цел да разрешава спорове, представени пред него от различни държави, и да дава тълкувания по правни въпроси, поставяни пред него от Общото събрание и Съвета за сигурност на ООН, както и от други упълномощени агенции. Съдът започва работа през 1946 г., заменяйки Постоянната палата за международно правосъдие, която е учредена през 1920 г. под егидата на Лигата на Нациите.

Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert, auch ohne Innenbesichtigung. Im frei zugänglichen Besuchercenter erhält man interessante Einblicke zur Gründung und Geschichte des Gerichtshofs.

It’s not allowed to enter the court but have a a small visu-audio museum and they provide the headphones and you can select the language. It was nice to visit

Het Vredespaleis is werkelijk een architectonische parel. Een ieder zou het eens bezocht moeten hebben. Mensen beseffen lossen van de functie die het gebouw heeft vaak niet wat er hierbinnen aan moois te zien is. Allicht een ondergewaardeerde touristische attractie die het bezichtigen juist ontzettend waard is. Heel indrukwekkend.
