After having bought an eBook, it is by no means explained or obviouw how to access the content of the eBook. One has to mail customer service in order to get an explanation 'how to', but even that is incomplete. Go to app 'New in Chess Books' app, click on the book you liked and paid for, and then it seems you can open it. Poor explanation.
