Mangia Pizza Zeedijk

real good italian food. if you are in amsterdam you will know that there are thousands of amateur italian restaurants. this was the first and only one that caught my eye. the fried calzone was delicious and amazing for the price of amsterdam (5.50!!!). would defo recommend... the only disappointment was the slice of pizza buttt for the rest of it, i would still give it five stars!

The most incredible and authentic little Italian pizzeria in Amsterdam, without doubt. I have spent a lot of time in Italy and know that it's very rare to find pizza outside of Italy that is as good. This place is run by Napolitano guys who are incredibly passionate about making the best and most authentic Italian pizza. They made us some bruschetta after we'd have a very bad bruschetta experience at another restaurant, and it was the best I have ever tasted. They are talented and passionate about the food they create. Highly recommended!

Siamo passati per caso difronte a questo locale gestito da ragazzi italiani. La pizza viene fatta al forno visibile e con ingredianti italiani ed il risultato è davvero buono: la classica pizza. Il locale fa pizze da asporto ma è possibile consumare anche sul posto. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato

Ho ordinato una pizza e un panzerotto, ho aspettato un'ora e il ragazzo di thuisbezorgd mi ha portato solo il panzerotto, mo il ristorante è già chiuso e lui non può né rimborsarmi né darmi la mia pizza. Ma state suonati???

Heerlijk gegeten afgelopen zaterdag! Eindelijk echte italiaanse pizza in het centrum! Zeker een aanrader.

Een to-go lunch op zaterdagmiddag.Mangia Zeedijk biedt daarvoor de ideale oplossing. Dat was vandaag dan ook (nogmaals) het geval. Om eerst stil te staan bij de inhoud: de kaart. En die is gewoon heel erg goed, daar valt weinig op af te dingen. De keuken begrijpt goed waar de traditionele Napolitaanse pizzakunst op leunt. Zout-zoet, vet-krokant, de pizzastukken van Mangia koesteren het belang van deze balans. Een parel voor de snelle hap.Toch heb ik met enige vorm van ongeloof de Zeedijk verlaten. Dat heeft er mee te maken dat mijn tafelgenoot weggezet is als ‘opschepperig’ en ‘asociaal’, nadat deze de betreffende ober aansprak in het Italiaans. En dan houd ik verdere parafraseringen achterwege. Het was een gênant schouwspel tussen een goedbedoelende klant en een rancuneuze ober. Wellicht een goede suggestie voor Mangia is om eens met kritische bril naar het personeelsbestand te kijken en in ieder geval één vacature uit te schrijven.

We hebben hier drie pizzastukken besteld, de ingrediënten op twee daarvan smaakten prima een ervan was niet op te eten. Alle drie stukken waren niet goed verwarmd.
