I had a wonderful dining experience at a restaurant with excellent service and delicious dish. The cozy ambiance and pleasant music added to the overall charm. Highly recommended for a delightful meal.

We had a fantastic Sunday roast here. Having passed this palace so many time I'm now somewhat sad I've never stepped foot inside for a nice dinner or lunch. The place has fantastic bustling ambiance, great attentive service and excellent tasting food. We did make a reservation already three weeks up front, which is something to be mindfull about. Will definitely come again though.

Cozy place with really kind staff. Dishes also great. We eat sea bass and duck leg. Not just well cooked great harmony with the sauce and garniture. We like that place highly recommended

One of our favorite places for breakfast/brunch in Amsterdam-- very cozy place, with great food at a reasonable price!There's always different eggs and scones of the day, coffee comes with a tasty cookie, and on the rare occasion we've been there for dinner or a drink, beers come with chips.It's important to make a reservation, especially for brunch on weekends! However, sometimes we drop in and ask for a table for 2, for which the wait has never been too long (no more than 10 minutes). The staff is always friendly, too!Our favourites: the Salmon with scrambled egg on toast, the veggie cottage breakfast, and the chili butter eggs. Always followed by the scone of the day.

So I stopped in randomly and could not have been happier. It's the best British modern inspired cafe I have come across. I got the daily scone! Blueberry!!! Fantastic. The orange juice was fresh was well. Plus the service was great. Friend and fast!

This small cafe is very cozy, and incredibly popular on the weekend. Not sure if reservations can be made but they very kindly made room for us in a booth corner. The food was good, especially the scones. We had one with cinnamon, clotted cream, and jam. The shepherd's pie was very nice was well. We loved that it came with a tiny jar of mustard. The service was impeccable, even though the place was very busy. Would definitely visit again.

Had a lovely dinner here with friends, sitting outside in the summer.The food is great, British cuisine.Service was a bit slow at times but they were very busy and we weren't in a rush.Also I'm pregnant so can't drink - and they had the best non alcoholic cider I've ever had.

The people find it great, so who am I to discuss? It's full-full-full.We had a reservation here in advance of course - the food is like an English pub. Atmosphere is nice for a Sunday afternoon.We found the food okayish, the prices are pretty high for the small size of the main dishes. The red wine for 39 euro a bottle was not on par with its price.My steak was okayish but again: small and not out of this world in any way.So all in all: you won't hate it here. We liked it, but will we come again? Not necessary.We paid a bit over 50 euro/person for a starter, main dish and shared the wine between us.

7.5/10 ⭐️A very cosy and friendly environment to be in, welcoming tourists and locals for coffee or something to eat. It can get busy at times, with reservations, you could be seated outside or on small table areas. We were lucky to be seated indoors, on the bar area, where the staff were very friendly and attentive. The lunch time was very full and lively, full of energy, creating a lovely environment and experience as a tourist.I recommend the full English breakfast with their own homemade baked beans, it has a very tomato based flavour. The grilled tomatoes and mushrooms was a nice addition, only wished they gave more sausages and egg portion. The bacon was well done and crispy, completing the full English experience.The scone with jam and marmalade had an amazingly flavourful texture and definitely recommend to try!
