At Essence I had the most profound spiritual experience of my life. After more that 1 month I still get insights from the psilocybin experience and it changed quite a lot of perspectives in my life. The team and location were beyond expectations....very profesional and caring. I will definitely participate to a ceremony again in the upcoming years.

The grounds and facilities felt safe and beautiful and the food was amazing. I couldn't speak more highly of the staff who were very caring, professional and emotionally comforting. I gained valuable insights into aspects of my life and others that will benefit myself and those around me. Most importantly I learned to be kind to myself and to others.I would highly recommend the experience to anyone interested.

I participated in this special retreat in the Netherlands, and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. The location itself was incredibly beautiful and perfect for such an experience. I was delighted to discover that the food was very good, and we were able to enjoy delicious dishes throughout the retreat.The ceremony itself was truly unique, and we felt privileged to be a part of it. However, what really stood out was the love and joy offered by the entire team that organized this retreat. Each person involved created a warm and friendly environment that allowed us to connect with ourselves and enjoy the presence of others.I would like to suggest to the organizers to include a retreat with two ceremonies for those who already have experience with initiation. I'm sure this idea would be a wonderful way to continue to grow and learn from this incredible experience.Overall, I would recommend this retreat to anyone who wants to experience something special and unique. It's a wonderful place where you can connect with yourself and others in a profound and authentic way.

One of the best things I have done in my life. The team at Essence were wonderful in making us comfortable going into the experience, setting our intentions, knowing what to expect and then looking after us all during the ceremony. The integration afterwards has been of massive value to my daily life, truly life changing and I can see myself heading back here, as and when needed, in years to come. I highly recommend The Essense Institute for their caring, knowledgeable and professionel way of conducting the retreat. As a highly skilled psychologist and psychotherapist I have a lot of personal and professionel experience in transformational experiences and the staff that have the leadership. This institute is topnotch.

When I decided to participate, I had two intentions: First, I am a psychotherapist myself and so I am always interested in methods, that help to get more insight and overcome inner conflicts on a deep level. Second I had a topic, that occupied me on a personal level. Both intentions were addressed and answered. The preparation of the session, the session itself and the integration afterwards were guided in a very warmhearted and professional way. I felt safe and welcomed at any time and with every aspect of my personality and request. What I got were “puzzle pieces”, most of them set together to a picture as intuitive and at the same time pragmatic answer to my questions. Even months later, my mind puts further puzzle pieces to the picture and adds to my insight, completes the image, that was set in my mind and heart. Up to now, the process goes on.
