Everybody Pilates - Maastricht

Zeer fijne pilates studio, kleine groepen, waardoor er ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht is. Individuele begeleiding, top trainers en een fijne sfeer, ik voel me iedere keer weer welkom, bedankt dames.

Een absolute top studio met een zeer compleet Pilates trainingsprogramma: mat, reformer, tower, chair en de rest. Een pareltje in Maastricht. Catherine, Cindy en de anderen zijn gepassioneerde trainers, die je steeds een beetje meer uitdagen en graag hun kennis en inzichten met je delen. Dankzij de zeer professionele aanpak lukt het mij steeds beter om mijn schouders te ontspannen en mijn spieren te versterken. Na iedere training voel ik me herboren. Heel fijn, dankjewel Everybody Pilates!

Catherine is a gem of a teacher. I am one of her clients for some years and love to do pilates at her studio because of how caring and professional Catherine, as her instructors, are. The groups are left smalls so there is a LOT of individual attention. I liked especially the classes with Saskia and recently Karen as with their voice and rhytm they are able to let me relax after a very stressful working day. I like to note that during the pandemic, Catherine & team went to the greater lenght of yet providing lessons via skype, offerring as well some compensation at the time we returned to the studio. Great customer’s attention! I recommed Everybody Pilates without any hesitation!

Everybody Pilates is a great studio. The groups are small and because of this the instructors are able to give everybody the needed attention. The atmosphere is very welcoming and puts everybody in a good mood. Next to that the exercises (mat or equipment) are challenging but for starters not overwhelming. But the instructors keep challenging you when you get stronger! All in all the perfect workout studio

Geweldige studio, veel persoonlijke aandacht, lessen in kleine groepjes, veel variatie in het lesaanbod en lestijden

Al meer dan een jaar train ik met Catherine. Ze heeft mij geholpen met mijn whiplash en eindelijk hoef ik niet meer naar de fysio. Ze is een super instructrice!

Dankzij de intensieve training bij Everybody Pilatus Maastricht onder de professionele en persoonlijke begeleiding van Cindy en Catherine, ben ik eindelijk van mijn rugpijn af! Toppers!
