The team try their best to help. There are so many people coming spontaneously at the door. It is understandable that they couldn't attend to all candidates on the spot so it is best to work on appointment. It is advisable to look on the website for the possible vacancies and give them a call for any questions. Hoewever the team really take their time to attend the candidates at the door. Keep it up!

May as well have a sign that says go to our website on the door. No help what so ever, after informing the girl twice that I only have an iPad to do my admin(useless). All she had to say to me was go to our website. I told her I had been to the website a few times and that it's hard to navigate on an iPad. She then gave me two personal notes on my cv and said to once again check out the website. I don't even know if they have offices here? I only made it just inside the door. Least helpful recruitment agency ever. Will happily change this review if they some how fix this...maybe I'll just go struggle through their website some more

Highly recommend this recruiting agency for anyone who speaks multiple languages and is looking to work in an international company in the Netherlands. The process is very fast and the staff are super nice! Undutchables have a more personal approach unlike other recruiting agencies.

I have gone through other recruitment agencies in the past to get placed in roles, but Undutchables (Amsterdam) were a whole different ball game. I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Undutchables, as it has been an incredibly disappointing journey. Despite my important background and impressive curriculum, along with receiving an average of 5 to 6 calls a day from headhunters, my interactions with Undutchables were characterized by superficial assessments and a lack of essential information. However, the culmination of their unprofessionalism occurred during my most recent encounter with them. After being contacted by Undutchables for an interview, we mutually agreed upon a scheduled time. I dedicated valuable time to thoroughly prepare and kept myself readily available, eagerly anticipating the opportunity. To my dismay, the assigned hiring manager failed to show up for the interview, without providing any prior notice or attempting to reschedule. Such a display of incompetence and a complete disregard for basic professional courtesy is unparalleled in my extensive career. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of respect for candidates' time and effort, particularly considering the supposed credibility and reputation of Undutchables. This experience have left me with an overwhelmingly negative impression of the company. It is evident that their priorities are misaligned, and their commitment to conducting a fair and respectful hiring process is severely lacking.In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed by my overall experience with Undutchables.On top of this all the positions they advertise are coming mostly from Linkedin where you can reach straightforward the company itself, It seems that Undutchables operates as an intermediary by copying existing job offers from reliable and well-known platforms, attracting candidates, and then contacting back the companies to propose potential profiles, Typically, a well-established company like Undutchables that claims a long history would have a substantial presence and a larger number of reviews or references on internet, claims to have been in business for decades but has only a few reviews, it could be surely considered a red flag, while this alone may not indicate fraudulent or unethical practices, it certainly warrants caution.
