Dutch Trips Day Tours Amsterdam and Dutch Villages

Was cancelled by the company a day before The trip to Geithoorn. . Couldn’t find availability with any other tour organizers being as it was so last minute. Also, when they refunded the money, missed a few pounds because of currency exchange rates. Won’t make the same mistakes again. It’s summer many tourists depend on the companies and they should’ve had a replacement for the “ill” tour guide. Booked via Viator

We went on a day tour to Zansee Schans and Giethoorn with Said and Rashid to experience a little of historic Netherlands. This was a unforgettable experience. We visited towards the end of our journey to the Netherlands and I don't doubt for a second that the nostalgia will set in shortly. Both gentlemen were pleasant and Said along with his quirky sense of humour had very good knowledge that he was eager to share. Absolutely recommend the experience for anyone visiting the Netherlands. Well done guys!

So day before my tour, I was told its its confirmed. On the morning I was supposed to go on the tour, I get my mail from my travel agency that they cancelled. How can you cancel last minute like this. How I am supposed to find another tour now. And on top of this, their support number goes to Voice Mail. These guys are FRAUD and highly unprofessional.
