Ik werk sinds medio 2019 voor diverse klanten en hun expats samen met Settle Services. Zaken als erkend referentschap, administratieve afhandeling, (tijdelijke) huisvesting, 30% regeling, scholingsmogelijkheden etc. Telkens uitstekend geholpen door de consultants. Deze zijn zeer deskundig, servicegericht, zeer goed benaderbaar en prettig in de omgang. Duidelijke afspraken, scherpe prijsstelling, geen verrassingen. Kortom: dik tevreden en graag nog even zo doorgaan.

Incompent bureau, volgens eigen zegge is gebruikelijke procedure om klant rapport te laten lezen voordat dit wordt uitgebracht maar vanwege tijdgebrek door medewerker Settle Service ('ik was hier al zo lang bezig'), werd dit achterwege gelaten en kwam er een rapport uit wat totaal niet de realiteit weergeeft. Bij navraag werd aangegeven dat eea niet meer gewijzigd kon worden. Lijkt wel Little Britain: 'Computer says NO. Bij reviews staan in ieder geval één van eigen medewerkers (Robert de Vries). Zielig."

Wij zijn benaderd door “Shaun” van settleservice voor een huurovereenkomst voor ons appartement. Na (digitaal) een intake te hebben gedaan met de potentiële huurder waren wij erg tevreden! Leuke man en het klikte gelijk!Vervolgens wordt er door Shaun gevraagd of wij het ook willen meubileren voor de huurder, waarop wij aangeven dat dit mogelijk is, maar kostbaar zal zijn aangezien het voor slechts een half jaar is. Shaun antwoord; geen probleem we hebben zelf ook een bedrijf wat voor ons kan meubileren dus; komt wel goed.Ik leg vervolgens een prijs neer waar wij in alle redelijkheid het appartement voor kunnen meubileren. Shaun vindt dit te duur en vindt dat we het voor een vijfde deel ook wel kunnen. Waarop ik aangeef dat dit financieel niet haalbaar is en vraag waarom dan niet via dat bedrijf van jullie? Blijkt dus dat deze op dezelfde prijs of hoger uit zouden komen-we worden bedankt en het gaat niet door….!Voelt als het uitknijpen onder het mom van een groot bedrijfHele rare gang van zaken en een rare manier van onderhandelen! Ik zou uitkijken met dit bedrijf!

Settle services managed my relocation to the Netherlands in August 2021. They did manage all aspects of my relocation from housing, schooling, registration, etc. in a very professional manner and I can write pages of how they supported me and my family to take decisions and make choices in a country I didn't know anything about. Starting from a very professional website which can give you information and insights about anything to having somebody dedicated to answer all your questions and inquiries perhaps within less than an hour sometimes. Not only that, now we are in June 2023, after almost 2 years, they are generous enough to answer my questions till today. Summing up my experience with them, as an expat on the move, with Settle services you get a friend who understands what you are going through and help you along the way and share with you the local tips and tricks you need to know your way in a new country. I'm sure all the team are quite professionals but I would like to specially thank Danielle Briesen and her team to be an amazing guide for us and a great support who made settling in a new country an amazing experience for us.

Unfortunately not a positive experience for me. The relocation coordinator was arrogant and unhelpful. I was advised incorrectly/ incompletely regarding the visa application which caused unnecessary stress for me and the family. I don’t feel that they added any value to the relocation. I could have arranged this all myself without an arrogant person interfering with everything. Once the relocation was completed there was no proper closure or message to wish us well. Also no request for feedback. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. The lady that helped us find a school for the kids was more helpful. This part was satisfactory.

I came from abroad, and i have to say this has been a perfect relocation experience and is all thanks to the support of entire team. I really appreciate it. When i needed some clarifications about the process, country specific concerns, procedures, even to understand the annoying form that most be filled as part of the legal requirements was some much easier with the tools provided. Also it was really interesting to find information not only about the neighborhoods, areas of most of the cities in the Netherlands which is so useful. As soon as i arrived i was really informed of the next steps, meeting points and the mos important topics regarding the migration process. Definitely if a had to choose an agency i definitely would choose again to settle service.
