Dankzij Myhomebnb kunnen wij nu zorgeloos onze woning verhuren als wij op vakantie gaan. Ze regelen alles voor je: van advertenties op verhuurplatformen als Airbnb en screening van huurders tot sleuteloverdracht en schoonmaak. Met een gerust hart grotendeels onze vakantie terugverdiend :)

I rented my apartment in the centre of amsterdam through Myhomebnb for 6 months. I had never rented before and I was very concerned . Raul is very hands on and personal in his approach and is quick to answer any concerns or questions. If you are looking for rental management I would definately recommend Myhomebnb.

We are a couple of expats who moved to Amsterdam in 2019. Finding a flat in Amsterdam was very challenging, competition/demand was extremely high and real estate agencies felt impersonal and hard to work with. We found Myhomebnb's (Raul) ad on a Facebook group and we were amazed with the apartment. Raul responded very fast and in a few days we held a very relaxing viewing and were given the time to view the flat thoroughly and ask all our questions. Raul was genuinely interested in hearing us out and finding a set of decent people to take great care of this amazing flat. Throughout the term (1,5 years) the flat never failed us and Raul was always there to support when needed. Excellent communication, trustworthy business, value for money! Highly recommended!

We rented an apartment with Myhomebnb for 1 year and it was a very positive experience. Raul was always available throughout our stay to answer questions, give tips or sort issues if there were any. When we had a small leak in our boiler, he organised someone to fix it the next day. Everything perfectly arranged, no worries with rental of my two houses. Just give them the keys and they make the house available for rental with nice pictures, good occupation and affordable costs. Good appointments on who is allowed for rental and who not.Strongly recommended
