She has this incredible ability to read muscles in the body (just through sight!!!), and to make acute adjustments and touch that help align the body and remove tension super effectively. I had tension in places I had absolutely no idea about, and I have learned so much about how to take care of my body through seeing Natasha. She is a GIFT to the world.
