Nice, small, clean and light space. Small groups (rare in Amsterdam!) ensures you get enough personal attention. Slower paced classes compared to some other studios, which makes you able to really focus on form & technique, as it should be. Been a few times, sore in different places every time :)

One of the best pilates studios I've ever attended - seriously! The studio is super clean, with 6 BB Allegro 2 reformers; the class size ensures that you get plenty of 1:1 direction. Lockers and showers are available. The studio opens up to a little patio, meaning you get to hear the birds chirping as you go through your flow during class.I can't recommend Daphne and Freya's classes more highly. Challenging sequences and helpful cues. Sign up via MindBody or ClassPass, immediately!

Bad experience. Very medium class. They let me pay 30 euros because I was in the wrong class which was their own mistake too. Not so welcoming if someone tries your class for the first time. No compromise possible, just wanting money asap. Wil definitely NOT come back.

Wonderful! The place is super peaceful, clean and very well kept. The equipment is well maintained too. The place had a luxurious atmosphere. I like it! And maybe most importantly, the teachers are super nice and professional
