Bunk Hotel Utrecht

Great location, hip and cool place. The room was however incredibly hot and the air conditioning did practically nothing at all even on the max setting. Go somewhere else if you want to breathe.

What a really really wonderful place, the bunks (where I stayed) were quiet, clean, private and had air conditioning and the bar is really grand and awesome, I had great sleep the whole time I was there - it's also perfectly well soundproofed from the bar and you could hardly hear other people.They sometimes have events and DJ's on in the bar, the place is quite high tech and seems futuristic - many of the impressively large and hanging plants are real as well so while it looks futuristic it also has quite a bit of greenery. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.Not only this but near Amsterdam Central Station I had my phone pick pocketed (it can happen to anyone in any city so keep phones in zipped up pockets when in Amsterdam or any capital city) and the staff went far above and beyond to help me out, let me contact family to get help and money sent to the hostel so I could enjoy the rest of my stay.Highly highly recommended, even if your here for Amsterdam the trains run 24/7, regularly and are cheap and Utrecht is a nice place!Shoutout to the staff who made sure I was ok, 11/10!!

We zochten een leuk hotel voor een weekendje weg. We zagen de Bunk Hotel in Utrecht. We hadden een Bunk++ kamer.Bij binnenkomst kon je inchecken bij een self-check-in. Dit ging heel soepel en snel. Vervolgens loop je door de lounge naar boven toe, de sfeer in het hotel is super fijn.De kamer was erg schoon en heel leuk ingericht. Het bed lag heerlijk en uit de douche kwam flink wat water! Alles was netjes en het zag er gewoon top uit.We hebben gedineerd in de lounge en het eten was heel goed! De porties zijn groot genoeg en de drankjes zijn ook erg lekker. De volgende ochtend hadden we een ontbijt genomen en dat was ook erg goed gevuld en smaakte heerlijk.Vergeleken met andere hotels is de prijs van dit hotel erg goed! De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend. Een absolute aanrader.

They don’t seem to have answers or solutions to much.- Only hotel I’ve seen that charges for luggage storage.- After trying to pack my luggage in that closet of a room, I think I need a chiropractor.Can’t say it’s the worst place to stay, it’s an experience, but I can’t actually recommend it unless maybe you’re a wealthy teenager.

I originally booked for 3 nights but left immediately after seeing the shared space.CONS :The shared space is very small, dirty and loud and doesn't feel safe. The first person I met was either drunk, completely stoned or both.My storage space was still filled with the previous person's garbage.I was charged for luggage storage.One lady from the personnel had terrible listening skills and an overall attitude of a passive aggressive teenager.I spent the entire day in Amsterdam and had no energy left to argue, so I just left and booked a hotel room.PROS :Absolutely nothing! I chose this place to save money, I ended up paying four times what I originally planned to spend. The amount I wasted on this place because I received 30% back only, and the additional amount I spent on the new place.EDIT : forgot to mention that I also received an invoice of 42 euros for breakfast, service fee, and city tax, that I didn't pay of course but this shows that not even the check-in system works properly. I canceled my stay the moment I saw the shared space and communicated this to the personnel but they apparently failed to check me out.

Een nachtje in dit Bunk hotel gelogeerd, ik kan het aanbevelen, heel leuke locatie, schoon, vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt en een scherpe prijs. Je slaapt dan wel in een cabine, maar daar is niets mis mee hoor. Neem wel oordopjes mee want er ligt altijd wel een snurker in één van de cabines naast je.

Wat een top ervaring! De prijzen in Amsterdam en Rotterdam zijn in vergelijking met dit hostel zo hoog als je last minute boekt. Prijs kwaliteit ervaring was super. Schoon, vriendelijk ontvangst, heerlijk matras en alles super schoon. Ik ben naar veel hostels ter wereld geweest en dit zit in het rijtje van Selina; ik zou hier nog veel vaker verblijven.

A great location where takes around 10 minutes walk from Utrecht Central Station. The staff are friendly and helpful, the bar at the ground is full of energy. The bunk pod is not that big as expected but the bed is comfortable, just the ventilation needs to be improved cuz I felt hot and awake at the mid night until I open my curtain, and I also find the locker in the room is not big enough for my mid sized luggage so I have to pay for a bigger locker space.

An awesome funky hangout for digital nomads in the heart of the city. The service is very attentive and the drinks and food prices are quite reasonable. When I visited it was quite busy but we were still able to find a spot. So if you want a guaranteed spot it might be wise to show up early.

Koffie en appeltaart waren erg lekker maar het is een oude kerk dus het galmt er nog al en als er dan iemand op de piano gaat spelen en alle pedalen intrapt dan kun je elkaar niet meer verstaan vandaag dat ik 3 sterren geef
