Once every so often I will step inside for groceries. Nice little shop. I have never ordered anything for shipping as I live quite close by. Friendly staff. Recommended whenever you need whatever you are short off and happen to be nearby.

I ordered frozen meat and some other things as you can see in the images. The meat arrived in a *bloody* package, and the other food stuff were originally packaged *directly on it* all stained. Other elements arrived dented. In addition, everything arrived a few days late since the UPS had the wrong address". Kosher4u tried to blame the poor packaging on the UPS but the package itself was well-wrapped and intact; the bloody business was all inside the white box and due to the original arrangement (that you see). We had to throw it all out for the health hazard

Beware of web rip off for shipped foods from Kosher4u. I recently ordered three small packs of Beef Cocktail Sausages (26.40 Euros) and three small packs of Beef Cabanos Sausages (29.97) to be shipped from Antwerp to Vilnius. Additional expenses: Shipping & Handling 23.00 Euros; Fresh Product Surcharge 4.00 Euros; Tax 3.19 Euros – for a total price of 83.37 Euros. Five days after the order I received via UPS the Beef Cocktail Sausages, but not the Beef Cabanos Sausages. When I contacted Kosher4u about this discrepancy they “explained” that they did not have any Beef Cabanos Sausages. I responded that since their website indicated they did have them, they should have first informed me before shipping anything. Period. Furthermore, I explained, with such a small order the shipping & handling, tax and fee costs were higher than the product itself, so I would have cancelled my order. Instead of requesting a full refund, however, I asked that I be refunded the absent product cost and half the additional non-product costs. But kosher4u only refunded 29.97 Euros for the absent sausages. This means I have been charged 53.40 Euros to ship three small packages of sausages! I wrote back to Kosher4u to further protest (saying I would write a review of what they had done), they just repeated themselves and did nothing. Furthermore, adding insult to injury, the sausages I received contain only 66% meat, the remainder being potato and soy fillers and spices (with no way to find out product contents beforehand on the Kosher4u website) – buyers beware!

I have placed my order on a Tuesday afternoon and had the package in my hands by Friday 13:30. ( Budapest ) Just how beautiful is that :) Also, the items arrived in a very sturdy box, everything was intact, the glass item was cushioned very neatly and the tahinis were even wrapped separately ( as you can see on the pic. ), so as for the packaging, everything was amazing. Best before dates were fine as well. One item didn’t make it, but I was refunded the next day. What else can I say ? I will definitely order again. הכל מאוד טעים, תודה רבה

Niet bereikbaar via telefoon!Slecht informatie bij opsturen pakket via UPS. Website is dicht nu terwijl pessech is pas zaterdag.
