10 stars if I could. What exceptional care and service. I am a regular purchaser at auction buying an item or another almost weekly from some auction house around the globe so I am qualified to say that this is without doubt one of the best ones that are out there. Most auction houses wouldn't care two hoots once you've paid for the item and it's shipping (which by the way they offer in-house at cost!) but these guys went out of there way to ensure that I got my item in spite of some serious hitches along the way. I must make special mention of a Mr. Arne who was extremely patient, reassuring and helpful in resolving my shipment related issue. They really care! And that's rare to find in this day and age. Would definitely buy from them again and recommend them strongly.
