Restaurant Mostard
Absolutely disastrous service. Friendly is pointless when one inexperienced waitress is responsible for the whole place and clearly cannot cope - tortuously long waiting times. Eating out is about more than just consuming food. We won't be back.

Limited Items, good quality, quantity Average for the price of individual dishes (comparing similar restaurants). Main dishes missed south indian or srilankan it was the common north indian type badging as other restaurants in Aachen. Ambiance was good but very closely spaced. My ratings are based on good quality of ingredients and friendly staff but I missed Srilankan taste as the name and theme suggests.

Prices are ok but not worth for semi cooked Dal which lacked masalas, onions and tomatoes as well. Also, it lacked sour and coriander. Please don't expect Indian spice level even if you take extra hot version of the dish..

Nice place, close to a parking garage, the people are very friendly, food was tasty and with fair price. Only missing one star because service is slow to deliver what you ordered. If you have freedom of time with a nice company then definitely go here, if you are with a schedule to go somewhere after dinner, then visit this restaurant in a different day.

We wilden altijd al eens van de Indiase keuken proeven en kwamen hier terecht omdat een ander restaurant, waar we vaker komen, vol zat. Ik ga dus niets beweren over authenticiteit, maar wat hebben we lekker gegeten in een gezellige en vriendelijke omgeving.Door zowel de keuken als de anderen mensen in het restaurant wordt hier met liefde en aandacht gewerkt, dat zie je en dat proef je! De maaltijden hebben een goede smaakbalans en over kun je vier soorten pittigheid kiezen. Omdat we niet wisten wat ons te wachten zou staan, kozen wij voor de laagste twee, maar we gaan zeker nog wel een stapje verder, de volgende keer. Bij de maaltijden kun je vaak kiezen tussen rijst of brood dat erbij geserveerd wordt.Twijfel je of je hier zou gaan eten? Gewoon doen, het restaurant zal je niet teleurstellen! Wij gaan in ieder geval graag terug!Aanvulling 8 aug 2019:Inmiddels alweer terug geweest bij restaurant Mostard en ook andermaal heerlijk gegeten!

13 years in Germany 8 in Berlin and I finally found a good Indian restaurant. I would recommend this for anyone who really knows good Indian cuisine. the restaurant itself is quaint and relaxing, the staff very nice and friendly. a little expensive but worth every penny.
