I’m afraid that this practice is a bit of a mixed bag. When I called on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, I spoke with an incredibly nice and caring receptionist who always followed up as promised. But on Wednesdays and Fridays, I spoke to a receptionist that I had to actively stop from simply hanging up on me.Same goes for the doctors. You have Dr Bus on Fridays, who’s incredibly caring and inquiring, proposes next steps and asks whether you agree with them. Great doctor.But on the other days, you have Dr Boender who seems nice in person, but doesn’t care much about you or your patient history. He seems more motivated to get rid of you as fast as possible than to solve your problems.After a single negative test and a short call to a specialist, who has never seen me, he said “I don’t know what you have” and that was that. No other ideas. No next steps. No will to find a solution.I gave up and consulted my old doctor. After a week, I was diagnosed and on treatment. It was nothing special. It just needed some proper medical attention.

Even though on their website, registration is open, they have declined registering my family without any explanation.

Dokter Willy Bus is er één uit duizend. Een opmerkelijke vrouw, competent, aandachtig, en met een prachtige manier van uitleg geven. Ze neemt patiënt en klacht serieus en draagt aanvaardbare benaderingen voor. Ze is oprecht en behulpzaam. Ik ben haar voor altijd dankbaar voor het bemerken van mijn problemen en meegeven van aandachtspunten waar andere huisartsen me wellicht weggewuifd zouden hebben.

The assistant is so rude, she ended my phone call suddenly without saying goodbye. I made the phone call on 19 November to check if I can register here.

Very impolite secretary. For few days they had the automessage on that it was busy and could not accept other calls and when trying again the coffee break automessage was popping up. In addition, many times you wait in the line for 10 minutes as the first in line and then they turn the busy automessage on again and close the line. Really not recommended as it is very to hard to make an appointment and even if you make it, you are not sure if the outcome from doctor will be helpful for the patient, as it happened few times.
