The Dim Sum Company

Have just tried your har gow, not a big fan because the skin is too thick and the texture is also a little bit awkward. Flavor also not authentic. Maybe you should review the recipe on this particular product.Edit: after this initial review the company got in contact with me to find out if I received a bad batch. Thereafter they proceeded to send me a box of some of their products to try. This time around the Ha Kau / Har Gow was better in flavour but still not a big fan of this particular product.However, their chicken bites, Shanghai buns and Char siew pao's were delicious! You can really tell this company cares about the quality and improvement of their products, I look forward to purchasing more of their products and their Ha Kau in the future to see if they've changed the recipe.

Just had Dim Sum Company pork siu mai for lunch. They were really good.
