Once I've got a call from the recruiter and she asked me my salary expectation. I didn't know if I applied for this company at that time since the company name was hidden. I told her my expectation and she said it is too high. I heard nothing from her back. After several month, I saw the vacancy in other location than Leiden, and applied. I had a interview with the recruiter and she told me that it is for different company but under West coast group. I received an email from her that I was once rejected by them which I didn't even know. What a strange way of unclear hiring process that many times they post vacancies by different hiring company with anonymous company name. If I knew if the vacancy was for West coast supply group, I never would applied.I NEVER WANT TO WORK FOR YOUR COMPANY. SO PLEASE REVEAL YOUR COMPANY NAME AT VACANCIES.

Had a job interview in their office around 2 weeks ago for the position International Trader. At the end of the interview, I got an office tour, which then obviously raised my confidence to get to the next stage in the application process. Eventually, I received a call and got rejected. In my opinion they can be more transparent and honest with interview candidates, because what they had done to me is just give false hope. Because why would you even give a candidate an office tour if you are not going to proceed with him anyway?
