Vegan Bear Chef

Fantastisch en eerlijke vegan webwinkel, alles ziet er goed uit en proeft huisgemaakt. We hebben de veganistische wortelkaas (Carotella), geprobeerd en hij was fantastisch met crackers. We hadden ook warm eten besteld (Risotto met champignons en vegan strudel), het smaakte zo goed dat ik het nog een keer wil bestellen. Kortom: geweldig. Alleen jammer dat de truffelkaas uitverkocht was.

Our first order from Vegan Bear and it is a success! You could tell that Gabriele take lots of care in preparing the food. Proud to have discovered him and I am happy that I have bought the whole week of healthy meals from Vegan Bear. The website is very easy to shop and Gabriele is very responsive to my questions. Thank you for taking care of our home dinners!

Exceeded all expectations, the almond ricotta is better than any ricotta I ever had, the cauliflower based cheese is just genius creamy, rich and delicious even I’m not a vegan myself. It’s truly remarkable. I didn’t have the chance to try the ready made meals, I will definitely do soon.Delivery and web service were extremely friendly and responsive.

Super lekkere kaas! Echt een aanrader

I cannot recommend Gabriele enough. I asked him to cater my 2-day event and the participants were raving about the lunch and the cakes he served. (While only 1 usually eats vegan)I knew he was an amazing cook from the daily lunch at Treehouse, but I also want to compliment the smooth collaboration of making it work logistically. The food was perfectly warm and ready when I needed it. Additionally, he went above and beyond for dietary restrictions and he was just such an easy, positive person all around.I want to plan my next event, just so that I can book him again. :-)

Honest and super tasty Almond Ricotta, also I really love the softness of the Caciolfiore! Definitely recommend giving these lovely vegan cheeses a try!
