Very bad expérience with this company, not serious, liars, i really don't recomand at all !

This company has terrible business practices and they are overcharging me because their incompetence to fulfill their job. They sent me messages and emails and I tried to answer calling several times, and mysteriously is impossible to talk with the office, so then I decided to use mail as it was the only way to understand what was happening. They said they couldn’t debit money from my account. The account works and they have debited money before so I asked to try again. Apparently they didn’t. Now they are charging me much more money and they keep saying is not possible. Until now It is still impossible to contact them by phone, they blocked my storage and they keep asking me to pay more because of this.Don’t use this, is bad, they are not professional and they don’t respond to what they promise.

They messed up my booking 3 times after making reservation and showing up on time. With no explanation no one came and when i called they rescheduled me TWICE and they still didnt show up both times. Happy i didnt get to pay anything so they couldnt scam me some more. After 3rd time where they messed up, i can safely say these guys are incompetent and please go somewhere else for your storage. I would give 0 if it was possible
