I did not know what was possible when I decided to look into the replacement of the single pane and stained glass windows in my home in a historic monument in Amsterdam West. The new windows look lovely and have improved the energy efficiency of the space, and the historic stained glass remains in place, but most importantly to me, they have decreased the levels of noise that slip through from the bustling city on the other side of the wall. Daniel Libeskind, an architect, said “Architecture is an acoustical art. Balance is found with the ear, not the eye”, and now, I understand just how much these minor architectural changes can bring a little bit of peace and balance to your life.The customer service from Ama was kind, informative, and incredibly patient while I asked questions she must have heard hundreds of times, waited on correspondence from the VvE, and researched the local regulations to ensure compliance of the installation. The installation by Bart is clearly the work of a skilled and specialized expert. You can trust him to leave your home looking better than when he arrived. My only regret is that I did not contact them years earlier. I’m so grateful for the installation, the stress-free experience, and my new quiet home.

Very pleased with all the work that was done. We had a large project and Bart and his team went far above and beyond to fit and install, including a cat flap for us in the new garden door, and finished the walls with paint for us in the end. We are so pleased with the result and now that colder weather has come we notice the difference already with the new windows and doors keeping in the heat better. Would no doubt hire again and happy to recommend for anyone looking to have replacements or repair work done.

Bart and Ama did an excellent job at replacing our old door with an aluminium one, as well as retrofitting double-glazing on our facade’s windows. Their price was competitive and they had extra care for the quality of the final result.We are very happy with it, and will definitely consider AB Windows again for upcoming projects.

We had AB replace 6 large windows/balcony doors and they did a great job. Not only was the installation done quickly and with minimal mess, the communication was excellent throughout. They are super responsive by email and very thorough and clear. There were no pricing surprises.We got triple glazed HR+++ panes since we live on a fairly busy street. The quiet is amazing! It's like turning off the noise outside instantly.At one point someone from the street told the installers they couldn't replace those windows (incorrectly assuming the house has monument status). The company immediately stopped the work and called us to confirm it was fine. I really appreciated that.

They designed and installed 3 double glass windows we needed to replace in our house.
