I really liked the concept with the new noodles mixes they are presenting.My noodles was super good with really appetizing look.The portion is a bit small but convenient for price.Staff could be a bit friendlier

I visited 'the noodle shop' Foodhallen during the weekend, and the ramen I got was super oily and the broth itself was not very tasty. I wouldn't recommend it if you like a decent ramen. There are better ramen places in Amsterdam.

Very nice hand-made noodle with creative menu, high price and a bit-off seasoning.Def great, handmade and fresh noodle. I would recommend to perfect the seasoning since there aren’t many choices on the menu.We had culinary glass noodle and spicy Dan Dan noodle. The noodles were great, seasoning for both dishes were a bit off.Culinary glass noodle: Squid was very fresh. Noodle nicely made. Flavor was too acidic.Dan Dan noodle: great handmade noodle. Flavor was way too acidic. Let’s ignore the fact that it’s not Dan Dan noodle at all (I used to live in Szechuan, and most Dan Dan noodle in Amsterdam restaurants are not even close to how Dan Dan noodle is supposed to be). Chickpeas were fresh. The whole dish lacked balanced flavors. Needs some kick and deeper flavor.Tomato - pickled red onion salads: very creative and refreshing side dish! I couldn’t stop eating.Sundae: refreshing, not super creamy. Light flavor.Price: a bit high price, as usual for most stands in food halen.Staff taking the order can be a bit faster and sharper.

The squid noodles is average, too salty and doesn’t taste like squid at all. And the place is way too crowded, we can hardly find a spot to sit down and ended up sharing the table with six strangers. You can have better dining experience in a lot of other local restaurants. :/

Unexpectedly amazing. I didn’t think much when I ordered the Dan Dan noodles and cucumber salad. Both were a unique take on the typical dishes and had a lot of flavor. The man making my plate put a lot of attention to detail. Would recommend to anyone hanging out at the food hall and craving noodles!

The Dan Dan noodles were not even close to the dish it purports to be. The flavors are off, and the meal size is tiny for the price. I would not recommend to come here for the Dan Dan noodles.

Culinary glass noodles were great. A bit expensive as there was not much squid in there. Matcha sundae also very good but missing the Thai basil flavour.

Like the taste of the food, but the noodles were too packed so hard to eat them. The service was kinda terrible, I felt like I am disturbing them by my presence and the tables next to the kitchen were dirty (as you can see on the photo) and tissues weren’t provided.
