Very unprofessional. Recently an event I wanted to attend was postponed and new dates didn’t suit my schedule. Although I confirmed that I wanted a refund three times and initiated communication via email, this organization failed to give me updates on the state of my refund and didn’t refund me the cost of my tickets which was 66 euros.Purchase your tickets with this is at the back of your head. 1 star is 1 star too many.Edit: They got in touch with me on the day I posted this review intitially and as of today they refunded me. Hence, increasing my rating to 3 stars.
