De eerder ingediende slechte reviews kloppen, ik heb ook eenzelfde ervaring. Beloften worden niet nagekomen!!

The suitcase should have 5 years guarantee I'm using it for 6 months the locks screw are already lost one of the middle part of lock chip of .It looks good but quality very bad !!! Maybe if you travel once a year not for a people which on are on the go all the time .Very disappointed. They are expensive quality should be better. Avoid it was of money!!!!

Bought the suitcase in 2019 and used it a lot since. Some months ago the handle broke. I reached out to the company and got help right away. Now my suitcase is as good as new and ready for more.

Bags is a poor quality after guarantee request waiting 4 weeks for answer still nothing so Customer Service is a joke . Don't buy this product wasting money and time

Unser Koffer wurde während einer Flugreise beschädigt. Bei der Ankunft in Rhodos fanden wir den Koffer auf dem Gepäckband mit einem fehlenden Rad wieder. Eine kurze e-Mail mit Kopie von der Rechnung und einem Foto vom beschädigten Koffer reichte aus, dass wir kostenlos einen kompletten Satz Räder zugesandt bekommen haben.Sehr guter Service - vielen Dank an das Team von March-Luggage
