Purchased one of their premium nylon carpets. It discoloured in places soon after installation. ITC disclaimed all responsibility.

Really disappointed with our Chablis Faux Silk carpet. The carpet pile mats together after a few weeks. They initially said it was a manufacturing fault and replaced the whole carpet (nearly 200m2). The second carpet was installed - with the same fault - now we are being told it is just a cheap carpet - what do you expect. Well I expect something that matches the description of heavy domestic and commercial classification". Avoid this company if you do not wish to have a carpet that ages very quickly!!"
