One week ago I had a 60euro haircut with Margreet. I had to book another appointment with my old stylist in Amsterdam because of the unblended, choppy haircut I got. The nice chat and futuristic salon do not make up for the unsatisfying results.Hi Margreet, I just saw your response and decided it is worth adding the pictures. I can prove (with the electronic dates of the pictures) the timing was a day after our appointment. You can see your beautiful "BLENDED" haircut that needed urgent retouching by another stylist, hence the need to have proof of the tragedy. I would gladly discuss things further. Margreet knipt al bijna 30 jaar mijn haar! Ze weet altijd weer leven in mijn krullen te brengen. Mijn haar zit altijd geweldig. Al heel wat kapsels gehad in de loop der jaren maar altijd een goed advies.

I visited Gould just last weekend and had my hair cut by Roos. I'm very happy with the result, she is very nice and welcoming. The whole atmosphere of the place is also great. Would recommend it to everyone! I'm looking forward to my next visit :)

Gould is the worst hairdresser salon ever. All you can get is a terrible haircut, black hair color instead of highlights and RUDE, very RUDE service. I came to make a haircut and highlights on my long, naturally blond hair. And young and inexperienced girl Roos made highlights. When they washed my hair, I saw black color on it. Completely BLACK!!!! But Roos and another young girl assured me that it’s not black, it’s my natural hair color. I was very upset, but I saw high rating of a salon and I thought that they know what they do. I was wrong. Then Roos began to do a haircut. I wanted layers. She just cut off length without any layers, and hair near face she almost didn’t touch and she asked me to pay. I asked her to finish my haircut and to fix my black color before. Roos tried her best to make hair near my face look symmetrical, but she failed. The haircut was awful!!! One side was shorter and heavier, other part was longer and thinner. About the color they assured me that black will wash away in few days. But they used permanent color, of course it will not wash away. Almost 2 weeks passed already, my hair is still black, it looks GREY!!!Of course I was very upset. I asked someone more experienced to cut my hair, but they refused. At last, after 20 minutes conversation how exactly they want to cut my hair, I understood that they want to make short and heavy part of my haircut even shorter!!! And another young girl who spoke to me was quit rude. I literally was afraid people with scissors in hands! I wanted them to make my haircut just symmetrical, not more! I didn’t expected more already. And they became so rude!!! At last older women (the owner) came and she was extremely rude, I asked her to look at my hair and say her opinion. She refused and told that she trust her employers and she will not even look on it!!! That I’m sitting in a salon already few hours and they did already so much for me and everybody is happy except me!!! Nobody didn’t say even SORRY, it was a mistake for black hair instead of highlights!!!

Zo blij met mijn nieuwe haar! Kom al jaren bij Gould kappers, de meest geweldige kapper ooit. Zoveel passie voor het vak, sfeer en persoonlijke aandacht vind je nergens anders. Alle haarstylisten zijn getraind volgens de laatste trends. Ze vinden altijd de juiste stijl die past bij je gezicht, en dat is pas talent! Ik laat niemand anders aan mijn haar komen, thanks!

Vandaag voor de 2e keer geknipt door die lieve vakbekwame Margreet. Wat ben ik blij met mijn kapsel!Zeker de maximale 5 sterren waard.☆ Ze kan goed luisteren.☆ Geeft goede adviezen.☆ Ze is oprecht en betrokken.☆ Er is een fijne ontspannen sfeer.☆ Neemt uitgebreid de tijd.Kortom een persoonlijke benadering in een ontspannen sfeer. Onderscheid zich hierdoor van andere salons waar er vaak, voor mijn gevoel, gehaast gewerkt wordt.Hier ben je géén nummer. Margreet wist nog precies wat ze maanden geleden gedaan had en wat we besproken hadden.Na vele salons geprobeerd te hebben, heb ik eindelijk een TOP-kapster gevonden!

Kom nu alweer een tijdje bij deze kapper en ben iedere keer weer zo blij als ik daar vandaan kom! Oprecht en eerlijk advies met oog voor de gezondheid voor je haar. Wordt altijd op tijd geholpen en iedereen is even professioneel. De kleur van mijn haar is prachtig zonder teveel poespas en in jaren niet zo gezond geweest.

Dit zijn nou kappers waar je de rest van je leven blijft komen. Margreet en Juan kunnen fantastisch knippen, zijn zorgzaam in hun keuze en gebruik van producten, geven goed advies en zijn allebei heel goed gezelschap. Gould kappers is een grote aanrader!
