Delete Professionals in Waxing

Ze geven goeie uitleg over alles wat ze doen. Het waxen is zo goed als pijnloos en ze brengen je altijd erg op je gemak. Ik kom hier graag!

This is the second time I visited Delete Waxing in Rotterdam Centrum. I love how they send you a QR Code to your email when you book an appointment. You can scan it at the door and it will open for you automatically. No waiting around for someone to open the door and secure. Genius!!!As you walk in, you can't help but look around at the white decor. It simple, clean and modern.Then the waxer which are called angels( Love it!!!) comes and greet you and walk you to the room. Explain to you what you have to do before hand.If you are a Brazilian wax person, you understand how painful it can be :D however, I was so surprised how experienced my angel was and knew a lot about waxing. She was fast and efficient. And I can't believe I am saying this but it wasn't as painful as I thought giving the fact they use a certain type of wax that I am not used to. My angel was a professional and gave me a lot of great waxing tips. Had een afspraak ingepland om 08.30. Om 09.15 werd ik geholpen pas door iemand anders. Diegene was geïrriteerd en heeft mijn wax met haast gedaan. Toen ik thuis kwam bleekt dat er nog wat wax aan mijn huid geplakt overbleeft en mijn huid prikte voor best lang na mijn behandeling.

Tina was amazing! She has really soft hands and made me feel really comfortable :)

They canceled my appointment less than 24h in advance. No option to book in the similar schedule, I couldn’t make it later because I was traveling. Let the customer hanging (I’m talking about going to seaside not being waxed-girls now the struggle) when it is very busy in other salons is not very nice care. Pf course girl at the customer care didn’t make any effort to find a spot or something. So I won’t go there anymore, if you do, do not rely on them.
