City Center Lodge Utrecht

Een mooi en comfortabel hotel met een heel fijne sfeer en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Alles was netjes, schoon en rustig. Het bed was erg goed. Het hotel ligt op een prima locatie aan de rand van het centrum. In en uitchecken ging heel vlot.

2 nachten geslapen hier, locatie is prima net buiten de binnenstad, maar op prima loopafstand van Horeca gelegenheden en winkels. Kamer was zeer schoon en het ontbijt was heerlijk en lekker vers. Personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en helpen je graag met alles. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug.

Hotel service and contact with the hotel very difficult. After informing the hotel that my luggage was lost at the airport and the lack of payment cards, I received information from the staff that they were not interested. I said I can pay cash to which I got a negative answer. So I decided to change the booking date which I was refused. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this hotel. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. The rest of the dispute will be settled by a lawyer and social networks. no greetings.

My son and I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. It’s very chic and the rooms are stylish and well equipped. Staff are superb and very helpful. There is bike hire which we made use of as it was shockingly good value. It’s in a great location next to the canal and in the university quarter. Tilt bar across road is very good. Recommended.

De grootste oplichters, 110 euro betaald voor voor 1 nacht. dan kom je de kamer binnen is het een stapelbed. Terwijl dit nooit een keuze is geweest en op de plaatjes tijdens aankoop wel een 2 persoons bed de zien was. Echt schandalig.!!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel.Mooie ruime kamer.En je bent gelijk in het centerum.

Got double charged during check in. The staff member who made the mistake took out credit card details for a refund but didn't seem particularly apologetic, more like we were inconveniencing her. Two days later the amount was booked of, but there was no refund. Asked again and were told that the refund couldn't be made to the card but would be via bank transfer. Something no one thought important enough to tell us. Two days later, still no refund. Asked again during check out and requested a confirmation. As it was sunday we were assured the refund would be made and confirmation sent on monday. No refund on monday, sent another message. Got reply that refund was made tuesday.The room was small, especially the bathroom. The shower didn't have a door, only a half wall, so it was impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom and even getting some water in the main room.The walls are paper thin. We could hear every one going past our room or up and down the stairs as if they were in the room, as well as every phone call in the room next to us.Room was clean enough, but housekeeping was inconsistent. One day we only got hand towels, another day the coffee wasn't restocked.All in all a frustrating stay.

Mooi hotel op een voor ons handige event locatie. De kamer was verrassend groot en had 2 dakramen terwijl ik uitging van een raamloze kamer. Deze was luxe en schoon en het was fijn om pas heel laat in te kunnen checken door de 24/7 receptie. Bedankt voor het meedenken en de top oplossingen wat betreft een parkeerplaats!

Goede locatie, kamer zonder raam wat ik volgende keer niet meer zal nemen. Tevens waren er geen grote handdoeken bij en alleen 2 kleine en een douchemat .. daarom geen 5 sterren .. voor de rest vriendelijk personeel, mooie ruime kamer.

Fire hazard? Brandgevaarlijk?We slept on the top floor room 32. You can reach this floor by 2 steep wooden stairs, those stairs are the only way up and down.The room had 1 flat electrical window 2 meter from the floor. In case of a fire downstairs you have not other option than to face the fire downstairs on the wooden stairs. Although the price is ok and quality is good. We will not return
