Skylar helped me access parts of myself I didn’t know where there. They helped me feel more connected with my body/senses and guided me in exploring my own blocks within. I am very grateful for the new perspectives and tools I gained while working with Skylar as a coach. Plus, they’re just a lovely, welcoming and safe person to be around!

Skylar was a pleasure to work with in our organisation. They are a great trainer and coach and we always saw employees begin to flourish during their work with Skylar. I especially loved seeing how their mindfulness and resilience trainings equipped employees in discovering new ways to deal with their challenges and stress so they could thrive in our organisation.As an L&D professional, I felt like I learned a lot working with Skylar and gained space to think as well as fresh insights into how to best work with my key stakeholders and successfully support both organisational and employee needs.

Een geweldige massage! Skylar voelt precies aan wat nodig is en heeft een hele aandachtvolle aanraking die precies goed is qua druk, snelheid, intensiteit. Ik heb heel veel massages gehad bij veel verschillende masseurs en therapeuten, dit was een van de beste!

De hot stone massage is heel ontspannend. De warmte van de stenen vond ik heerlijk.

When I started working with Skylar I had just recovered from a pretty bad case of covid and a few months earlier had fractured my wrist, in addition, was navigating lots of difficult family and work issues. I was looking for ways to process and heal.During our work together, I really valued their ability to listen deeply and intuit what I needed. I felt safe and able to let go in the moment and dive into the sessions engaged and open.As a result of working together, I felt better and was given more exercises and self care techniques that I could do on my own, which really helped. Healing takes time and with Skylar’s coaching, a path was presented that gave me confidence and hope.

Ik heb een hele fijne massage sessie beleefd. Skylar nam de tijd ommijn behoeftes te bespreken en legde heel duidelijk uit wat ik kon verwachten.De massage was vloeiend en doeltreffend en bracht me in diepe ontspanning. Naderhand kwam er nog veel spanning los. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Bedankt!

Ik voelde me enorm op mijn gemak en heb erg genoten van de massage. Had van mij nooit hoeven ophouden! Tot snel! Zeker een aanrader.

Skylar heeft mij een rugmassage gegeven en mijn rug voelt nu na 3 weken nog steeds ruimer. Skylar is een warme vriendelijke persoonlijkheid en geeft hele fijne massages. Aanrader!

I had a fabulous first massage at the Oasis Studio yesterday morning! Skylar put me at ease with a gentle manner and thoughtful questions about the kind of massage experience I was looking for. Over a blissful hour, and thanks to Skylar's skill and intuition, my muscle tension and stress melted away. I would HIGHLY recommend this studio and will be visiting again soon!
