Company does not respond to emails, aside from a confirmation that they have received and will soon reply to emails.The company has a phone number listed but no opening hours for phoning in, so you just have to use trial and error. After a week of trying to get a hold of them, they tell me they'll look into why it's taking them over a month to reply to my email and abruptly end the phone call. Y'all should realised that you have to serve the public if you're a public service company.
