I was over the moon not only thanks to the super fast en efficient online booking and pick up system, but also with the car (which was brand spanking new!) and the overall service of Abswoude Noordwijk. The team went above and beyond when I ended up with a flat tire during my journey (which was sorted within an hour!).Although I’ve rented hire cars from different places before, Oscar has definitely won my heart and my service as I have now become a return customer whenever I’m in need of a rental car.

LOCATIE IS HEEL MOEIJLIJK TE VINDEN. het is de receptie in het Abswoude (Carselexy) gebouw. afhandeling was makkelijk de auto (TRAFIC) vrij nieuw en schoon. aanrader.

Everything was great and I regret having to give such a bad rating, but the drop-off experience was very unprofessional. In my case, I had a Sunday drop-off, which is out of working hours, and there were no instructions on where to leave the car or key. No key locker on the Noordwijk location. No email to explain how to drop-off the car out of working hours. No phone number for that location was picking up. Additionally, I received no feedback the next day, to ensure me that they found the key and everything is fine. Had to call myself and make sure everything is taken care of.

Ik heb hier een bus gehuurd voor het vervoer van 8 personen. De afhandeling hiervan ging zeer vlot, grotendeels digitaal. Bij het ophalen van de auto werd ik vriendelijk geholpen. Het inleveren een dag later ging soepel. Alles zeer naar wens.
