Breda University of Applied Sciences

Its a normal university, but they lack a lot of service.I was driving from far just to make an exam for only 1hour and they denied me parking on the campus parking place even though it was almost empty…Just some rude lady that made me find another parking place while I am not from there and everything around the campus is paid parking and was full as well. I think it is just ridiculous which “international” campus does not provide parking for students

I am currently enrolled in the third year of the Logistics Management program and I am extremely happy with my experience so far. The program offers a personalized approach to education with teachers from the field bringing real-world experience to the classroom. The atmosphere on campus is great, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth. I would highly recommend!

Momenteel zit ik in het vierde jaar van de studie International Facility Management wat betekent dat ik bijna ben afgestudeerd. Ik kan met zekerheid zeggen dat ik heel erg blij ben mijn studiekeuze, maar bovenal met de keuze voor Breda University of Applied Sciences.BUas is gelegen op een prachtige locatie, waarbij alle opleidingen zijn gevestigd op een grote campus met vele faciliteiten en buitenschoolse activiteiten (sportvelden, diverse clubs, restaurant, bar met terras, workshops etc.) Ikzelf vind het erg prettig dat er persoonlijke aandacht is voor de student, BUas is een kleinschalige onderwijsinstelling met veelal kleine klassen, wat maakt dat je je echt gezien en gehoord voelt als persoon en niet als een nummer. Er heerst een informele sfeer, waarbij docenten zeer bereid zijn om je te helpen met zowel school- als privézaken. Een ander pluspunt aan de school vind ik het internationale karakter, naast dat je in de klas zit met internationale studenten krijg je ook les van docenten over de gehele wereld. Hierdoor zijn er ook zijn er veel mogelijkheden met betrekking tot buitenlandse stages, uitwisselingen en studiereizen.Ik heb mij hier vanaf moment 1 thuis gevoeld en vind het oprecht heel jammer dat er bijna een einde komt aan mijn tijd bij BUas.

So far so good, a bit high on the workload side but the academics are focused, specialized so i enjoy it. but if you want to apply for any university in the netherlands, The housing situation is REALLY terrible. I sent out 60 requests for housing, yet only 1 replies. For the canteen food, it's overpriced, vending machine is also overpriced,and you have to pay for lockers. But at least they have free tea! (Not coffee) And a pretty good library.

I'm currently studying Tourism at BUas and I couldn't be happier about the university. The small-scale classes with a thorough attention of the professors are the things I treasure the most about the uni. The campus is super cozy and at the same time a perfect place to focus and find motivation. Definitely a 100% recommendation!!

Ik ben op het moment een tweede jaars student Creative Business. Ik vind het fijn dat je bij het BUas veel mogelijkheden krijgt om te groeien als student maar ook om je eigen bedrijf of met je eigen ideeën te komen. Ook is BUas een hele fijne plek waar ik graag heen kom buiten mijn lessen om rustig te kunnen leren.

Studeer almiddels 3 jaar aan de buas voor Design & Production. De afgelopen jaren heb ik niet normaal veel genoten van het geweldige uitgaansleven in Breda, de leuke & enthousiaste leraren en de fijne werkplekken.Vooral tijdens corona, deed BUAS goed zijn best om de stof nog steeds even goed te presenteren en contact te houden met studenten.BUAS heeft zijn eigen cultuur dat je niet zo snel op andere scholen ziet. Er zijn niet normaal veel buitenschoolse activiteiten, en je vind er makkelijk iets tussen wat je ook aanspreekt!
